Connie's Southern Style Chicken and Dumplings

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2011
Really tasty. Boiled boneless skinless chicken breasts for an hour then shredded. Also added a few tablespoons of chicken bullion for flavor.

Easy Biscuits

I use this recipe every time I need to make biscuits and it's always a big hit. Can also put them in a cupcake/muffin pan and use them as dinner rolls.

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2012
Very tasty. The only changes I made were 1:not to cook the noodles ahead of time (should have, at least to where they started getting soft, because they were slightly firmer than I like) 2:used water and beef bullion in place of vegetable broth, tasted fine. 3: used 2 standard jars of alfredo sauce (a bit more than 28oz, but the extra moisture was good for the uncooked noodles). This was a great recipe that I will make again. Leftovers were gone in 1 day (and were better than the original)

Tuna Broccoli Roll Up Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2010
Very tasty. Will be making this again. I forgot to use nonstick spray on the glass 9x13 pan and it wasn't a big deal. Perfect level of moisture and cheesiness. Didn't give it five stars because we thought it would taste even better if another meat was used instead of tuna.

Griddle Style Philly Steak Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2010
Great and super easy. Started dinner and 15 minutes later it was on the table. Tip: if you are making multiple sandwiches, and each eater has different tastes (i.e. some like peppers, some like saltier meat, some don't) make each sandwich separately and wrap in foil. Keeps them hot until ready to serve.

This took a lot of time, but it was delicious and worth the effort. Made a lot of it for only 6 people and there were no leftovers because people kept going back for seconds and thirds!

Great (even though hubby didn't like it). Used Italian bread crumbs and used italian seasoned stewed tomatoes instead of whole.
