Easy Biscuits

I use this recipe every time I need to make biscuits and it's always a big hit. Can also put them in a cupcake/muffin pan and use them as dinner rolls.

Louisiana Shrimp Casserole

I love seafood, but I didn't like this at all. It was very fishy. I followed the instructions exactly. It was edible, but I will not make this again.

Maria's Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Not bad, but chicken didn't have enough flavor. Will try again after marinating the chicken in an herb and garlic marinade overnight. Overall, it was pretty easy, and the presentation is nice.

Proper English Cottage Pie

Pretty good. Will probably make again, but with more vegetables. Also, turned out a bit greasier that I'd like (and I tried to drain the grease before putting the meat mixture in the baking dish). Definitely use lean ground beef for this one.

Griddle Style Philly Steak Sandwiches

Great and super easy. Started dinner and 15 minutes later it was on the table. Tip: if you are making multiple sandwiches, and each eater has different tastes (i.e. some like peppers, some like saltier meat, some don't) make each sandwich separately and wrap in foil. Keeps them hot until ready to serve.

Tuna Broccoli Roll Up Casserole

Very tasty. Will be making this again. I forgot to use nonstick spray on the glass 9x13 pan and it wasn't a big deal. Perfect level of moisture and cheesiness. Didn't give it five stars because we thought it would taste even better if another meat was used instead of tuna.
