Genuine Egg Noodles

Great recipe when you think that you have them rolled thin enough roll them more. I cooked them fresh stir gently and be sure your broth is at a good rolling boil. Do not over cook.

Texas Pork Ribs

I did make a couple of changes of my own on the rub not major;) after marinating the ribs in the rub for 24 hours in the refrigerator I put them in my Brinkman smoker and kept apple wood and hickory smoke on them, for an hour or two. I cooked them low and slow at around 225 degrees about 6+ hours I also put my own barbeque sauce on them for the last hour and half. The family said they loved them. Yeah!

Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

Flavorful Flank Steak

this was a good recipe,easy and quick, was good leftover cut thinly and place on a green salad. I did tweak the recipe a bit to better suite our tastes. I used fresh garlic, cut back on the oil and used a blend of ground pepper, I also cut back on the liquid smoke because we smoked it on the barbeque.
