Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2013
This was a fabulous cookie! My family loved them and this is ow my go to recipe. I did not find that these cookies were cakey at all. I would recommend that you use real butter and follow the recipe as stated. You might want to keep an eye on your oven also because I found that mine were perfect at 16-17 minutes and then I cooled them on the cookie sheet.

MMMMM... Brownies

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2012
This was the first time that I used this recipe and I was impressed with the outcome. I thought it had a few more steps than my old recipe but not enough to keep me from making them. These brownies came out moist and tasty. They were not sweet like some other writers have said and I recommend keeping the salt in the recipe because that cuts down the sweetness from the sugar.

Oatmeal Scotchies from Nestle® Toll House®

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2012
This has always been one of my favorite cookies, but whenever I made it, it didn't come out right. This last time I decided to change the way I made it and they came out perfectly. Instead of 3 cups of oatmeal I used 2 cups and I only used 1 cup of the chips. I also put them in the fridge overnight (and even in between scooping the cookies) to harden the butter. This is the way I will be doing it from now on but this is still a classic cookie.
