About this Cook
I only started cooking after I've got married before a few years,, I am getting better and better since that time,, but recently I discovered that I love baking and I am getting really good in a short time,, I never thought i would ever say that before, but I think that cooking and specially baking (my new passion) is simply art, just the thought of creating something so pretty and delicious (from scratch ) for people to enjoy is just so amazing....
My favorite things to cook
My new passion is baking so I would say, pastries, baked deserts,, I also love to cook Chinese food. Ground beef (I just can make hundreds of recipes out of it)....
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom is the greatest cook in the world,, she teaches me so many secrets all the time... love you mom...God bless you....
My cooking triumphs
Chocolate chip cookies,,, (it was my first time ever to make cookies and they turned out so great and yummy)...
My cooking tragedies
well, I've got a lot of accidents, but not so much of tragedies..

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III
rather than decreasing the sugar amount, i followed the recipe as it is; however i was doughtful of how it would come out of the oven as the batter was runny. this cake turned out to be so tasty and moist. i will do it again and again. i love it. thanks

French Breakfast Puffs
I just made these and they turned out just perfect,, I just added a pinch of ground cinnamon to the batter, and used brown sugar (instead of white) with the cinnamon for dipping the muffins,,, thanks,,
