Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary

For some reason I cooked lamb last year for Easter (maybe because I don't like ham) and I was a little worried about being able to feed people. My dad told me he was bringing two bottles of wine, because he thought I'd messed up the lamb...that made me worried...my only problem was, dinner was done, lamb wasn't. Good thing my kids wanted a ham too. We did get to eat a little lamb for dinner but it wasn't enough to feed 15...but later that night my husband and I munched on it and it was wonderful! I am making this again for Christmas. The only thing I did different was I marinated it for 2 days :) it was wonderful! Can't say anything else about it! Looking forward to making it again this year!
