Great recipe. My kids gobbled them up! I made a few adjustments to the recipe;skipped the chestnuts added green onions and garlic powder. Also a pinch of cornstartch to hold it all together. Came out great. I will be serving these at my next party!

No Bake Sugar Free Cheese Cake

I made this for a client who is diabetic. I told him he would be my guinea pig because I was looking for great recipes to give my mother who is also diabetic. I love lemon and I think this is a great recipe.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is flat out the best I have ever made!! Instead of dropping them I rolled them into balls it helped make them more round and even but just as chewy. My co workers loved these and the entire double batch was gone in minutes.

Pork Chops and Scalloped Potatoes

My husband loved this receipe and he is not a pork chop fan. We added onion, cheese and garlic to give the potatoes a kick. Next time I will make more my family of four ate the entire dish!!
