I'm a polish-american living in Italy! My mom taught me to cook at age 10. I will always love the Better Homes and Gardens cookbook I inherited from my mom! But, now I enjoy learning to cook the "true" italian way! Italian anything, chocolate anything...I love to cook and hate to bake (unless I am craving a warm cookie) Every single Italian I have made my famous Indonesian sautee has gone crazy for this dish. It is a sure hit! I make a mean cioccolata calda and I love to make lasagna with real italian ricotta and fresh mozzarella...it's amazing! Learning to cook meat in Italy has been a challenge. We have had to eat overcooked, tough meat one too many times!
