About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
Chicken is my meat of choice! I love bacon, cheese, and chicken. I love cooking dinner, and I especially love having leftovers.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I started my own Thanksgiving dinner here in Sweden. Does that count for something? lol
My cooking triumphs
Lots of things, I think. But I would have to say when I made my first Thanksgiving dinner all by myself (well, and special thanks to All Recipes!) for 6 people. It was crazy, but soooo good and so well worth it. Especially with all the leftovers. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. =)
My cooking tragedies
I always seem to fail at cooking when I have to cook in other peoples kitchens. I made a pasta sauce which I burned since I wasn't used to their stove top and they didn't have the right spices... and another time I made some burgers but put way too much cumin since it just spilled all over. Yeah.

Asian Salmon
Really good basic and easy salmon recipe. Really nice to have with rice and veggies. A nice keeper.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Turned out amazing! Fresh blueberries aren't in season here yet so I used frozen. Made the muffins more blue in color but they still tasted great! The crumb topping was perfect too. If it seems too heavy just add more sugar, flour, and cinnamon until it becomes light and fluffy. It may mean you melted the butter too much or added too much butter.
