About this Cook
I'm on my way to culinary school in the fall where I hope to further advance my techniques. I'm a senior in highschool and I've been cooking since i can remember, but I've only been doing it with a career in mind for about 3 years
My favorite things to cook
I loooove italian food. I especially like to cook anything pasta and I love trying new things when it comes to all types of sauces.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I love thanksgiving with my family because we all rotate dishes every year so that noone ever brings the same thing every year(I gets reaaaally boring!)
My cooking triumphs
I've mastered several dishes but the main thing i'm most proud of is my Alfredo sauce. My mom still talks about it to anyone she meets.
My cooking tragedies
I tried making cinnamon rolls once.. It was a nightmare! I'm definitly not skilled as a pastry chef, but I'm going to take some classes so hopefully i can learn to not explode my kitched.

Sauteed Garlic Asparagus
Ill tell everyone this. Do NOT add too much lemon juice. I did a trial and error on this one because ive never cooked asparagus before and i put in way too much lemon juice and they became bitter. I tried the recipe exactly with my remaining asparagus and it was much better :]

Red Potato Bites
I did the recipe exactly and the potatos didn't cook all of the way through. I considered the amount of time and i used small potatos and they were rock solid. I baked for another 20 minutes before i put the filling in and they turned out mildly okay. Will not be using again.
