Had better. I have made them twice, and both times they didn't come to the table with a whole lot of flavour.

Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

Excellent twist on the traditional creamy soup based potatoes. Everyone loved them and couldn't believe how easy they were when I gave out the recipe.

Buttermilk Coleslaw

The taste was OK, but the texture was soupy. Maybe it was something I did, however, the dressing would not stay on the salad. Had plenty of leftovers the next day.

Made this for Thanksgiving, and was alright. It was very easy to prepare, but does not taste like Mom's. If you are having larger crowds, you may want to increase the size a bit, tried to feed 11 but wasn't enough.

After-Thanksgiving Turkey Soup

Very easy and definately delicious. Most people make the old broth turkey soup after the holidays, but this is so much better. After every holiday, when we treat ourselves to turkey, this is what I will be making with the carcass. Thanks.
