Chocolate Caramel Brownies

OMG!! These are wonderful! I followed the recipe and they came out wonderful. I used Pam on a metal pan and they didn't stick. I also didn't think the batter was going to cover the bottom of the pan, but I took my time and it did. On the top I just "mushed" the batter/dough between my hands, placed it on top and baked it. It doesn't need to be entirely covered or perfect. They are wonderful. Will make these again, soon :) Thank you!

Donna's Cheesy Quiche

I loved it! I hate eggs. I can't make myself like them. Scrambled, fried, whatever. I can't like them. But, I LOVED this quiche. Making it again tomorrow!! Has a good taste, not eggy. I like the onions it in, it's worth a shot to try it.

Zucchini Cobbler

I made this last night and it was great. The house spelled wonderful. I made half a batch and used an 8 x 8 pan. Couldn't tell the difference, you'd think it was apple. Will make this again, lots of zukes to use!

Hot Fudge Cake

We found it yummy. You MUST have ice cream on it. It should be listed as an ingredient. It's good without it, but when added, takes it to a whole new level. Didn't find it too sweet, and I will make it again. Thanks.

Streusel Topped Blueberry Muffins

They were quite good. The topping was yummy, but does need more butter added to it. The batter was very thick, kind of like chocolate chip cookie dough. The liquid mixture wasn't light and fluffy, just thick. But, I also added the 1/4 cup brown sugar as someone suggested. I added the milk to that and then added the flour mixture. They made a dozen and then a small bread pan. They didn't rise much. I will make these again.
