Creamy Rice Pudding

This is a wonderful recipe. You could add a whole cinnamon stick while cooking and that adds great flavor too.

Potato Latkes I

I made this and you can grate your potato, after peeling of course, the same as you do the onion. 3 medium size will make 10-12 pancakes.

Italian Anisette Cookies

I made this recipe and used a heaping tablespoon of baking powder and 2 tablespoons of anise extract. They came out perfect. Brings back childhood memories.
