Sweet Hot Mustard Chicken Thighs
Everything from chef John is awesome! This was super easy and everyone loved it. Its true, the onions rule. I did however have to bake the chicken for about 55 minutes to receive the desired temp. The one i was temp testing was the biggest thigh.

Grilled Venison Backstrap
I didnt have apple cider, so i used olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper as my base marinade. marinaded for 2 hours each mix, and put on the grill at 400* for 11 minutes each side. perfectly medium rare. This venison tasted just like filet mignon. I wish i had a steady hunter to bring me more...

Spicy Maryland Crab Dip
this crab dip is really good. i used a lil more mayo than sour cream, but more cream cheese could be substituted. this was to make it thicker, and less watery. i also used claw meat because it was cheaper, and i could not tell a difference. my whole fam likes it, so im making it for christmas.
