Vanilla Ice Cream VIII

Reviewed: May 29, 2011
delicious!! I loved it. To make it very low calorie, and fat, use splenda instead of sugar. it still works. I used two percent milk and splenda.

Pumpkin Pie Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2011
wow. i put my loaves in the oven for 50 minutes, and they came out raw. I put them back in and set the timer for another 20 minutes. still raw Update: one of my loaves was cooked in an aluminum pan and it was only raw on the bottom. Make sure to use thin pans to cook your bread in.

Banana Custard Pudding

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2011
eh.. It was okay. The custard turned out kind of runny. Make sure you don't stir to much and to use a sieve. NEVER use a mixer to blend the bananas in the custard.

Apple Oatmeal Cookies I

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2011
I halved the recipe and substituted sugar for Splenda and added a little bit more than what was dictated. The texture was very nice, but the resulting "cookies" tasted like buiscuts. Next time I'll add some vanilla and more cinnamon.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2010
I'm 13 yrs. old,so I needed an easy pot pie recipe. This pot pie takes a LONG time to make, but the reward is worth it!!! All I did to the recipe was add paprika to the sauce.
