This was very good but alittle on the acidy side. Next time I won't put a whole packet of taco seasoning in.

Swiss Chicken Casserole II

This was VERY GOOD. I season my meat for all receipes. DO NOT USE ANY SALT. There is enough salt in the soup and the stuffing. My husband loved it!

Roast Pork with Maple and Mustard Glaze

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2010
This is good but you need to make a double batch if you want sauce. Added garlic and browned before roasting. The only thing I recommend is to use a throw away pan as the clean up is a pain because the syrup likes to stick to the pan and everything is very sticky.

Parmesan Knots

Reviewed: Oct. 22, 2011
These are excellent. I got this receipe from Pillsbury. They call for their breadsticks but I am sure these are just as good. I had to leave them oven a little longer because they took longer to brown. Their receipe also called for fresh garlic. I could have eatten them all!

This was great! I ate the rest of it as a snack, it's very refreshing. I got a little carried away with the cilantro but is was still delicious.

Slow Cooker Pork Cacciatore

Reviewed: Nov. 14, 2012
This was excellent! Too late in the day so I did it on the stove and used chicken. DH loved it. I did put the sauce and fire roasted tomatoes in the blender (I don't like tomato pieces in my sauce. Definitely a keeper!
