Perfect Roast Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2013
I followed the instructions and also added some of our family favorites. I stuffed it with fresh celery leaves and half an orange. I baked it per the instructions and we had it with baked potatoes.

Original Ranch Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2013
Followed instructions, however, I baked it at 400 degrees for 30 min. My husband is not a big fan of pork chops and loved this recipe.

Parmesan Chicken II

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2012
This was a great easy recipe. I boiled the drumsticks first. I added in 1 1/2 cups of Parmesan cheese and 1/2 a cup of Italian breadcrumbs. Like others I also added garlic salt, pepper, oregano and Italian seasoning. I also coated the drums in flour prior to dipping them in the eggs. My family loved it and we're keeping it in the recipe box.

Baked Pork Chops and Gravy

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2012
We made this meal tonight and it was great. I followed the recipe. Our chops were not cooked thoroughly after 20 minutes. If you have to add additional time to yours, make sure you do it in 5 minute increments. We added 10 minutes and it was a little too long for my taste. I loved the taste (although our chops were a little on the dry side), the rest of my family gobbled it up. Happy Cooking!

Corned Beef and Cabbage I

Reviewed: Dec. 20, 2011
This is a great meal! I added about 12 black pepper corns and cooked as directed. The meat was tender and we enjoyed it for a couple of days.

Pork Tenderloins with Roasted Potatoes

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2011
I followed the instructions and added more garlic than it called for, I also added carrots. I was only able to marinate it for 2.5 hours and it was still very tasty. The rosemary adds a wonderful taste and it makes the potatoes even better. The meat thermometer is a good idea. I used it to time the readiness of the meal. My husband liked it and we have leftovers for sandwiches. Thanks!

Amazing Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2011
Very easy to make and delicious! I added the following to the mayo: garlic powder, cayenne red pepper, paprika, oregano and italian seasoning. The seasonings definitely helped and did not over power it. The chicken was very moist and tasty. Next time I will cook it for 20 to 25 mins.

Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2010
Could I rate this a ZERO? I am so disappointed. We had to throw it out. Is there a refund? I used the following: carrots, celery, potatoes, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and poultry seasoning. Cooked it on low for 9 hours and the results were BLAND!!! No taste, tons of liquid at the bottom (and we did not add any to begin with).

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2010
Gravy is essential for this meal. I cut the fat off the meat. I seared a 3lb meat with salt, pepper, and dry basil in olive oil. I used red skin potatoes, carrots, celery, one can of mushroom soup, dried onion soup and meat broth. Instead of slicing the potatoes, I cooked them whole to prevent them from getting too soft. I cooked the meat on low for 7 hours and it was perfect. I definitely made gravy from the broth with flour and starch. My husband and I loved it. However, our toddler did not. We had plenty left for the next evening.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2010
This was very easy to make. Before placing the meat in the crock pot, I rubbed it with salt, pepper and garlic salt. I cooked the meat with A&W Root Beer for 7 hours on low. I drained the root beer, added Baby Ray's BBQ sauce and cooked it on high for one hour. It was delicious. We had enough for leftovers. We will be making this for our guests. Thanks again for such a great meal!
