High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2011
Juicy and tender this was delicious! I could barely wait to see it after the first hour because it just smelled so good! I punctured the roast with Garlic and then topped with Onions (after the initial seasoning) and I don't think I've ever had better!

Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2010
Delicious if not as tender as I thought they'd be. Maybe it was that my pot was smaller then the suggested size but the ribs were not "fall off the bone" as so many described. Still I don't believe I've had any ribs Home made so well

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2010
I'm rating four stars only because I fudged the recipe a little as I saw most people had. I used everything as was except for cutting the Soy Sauce back to a 1/4 cup ( I'm not big on all the salt ) and added 1/4 cup Honey ( I love the sweetness ). The Sauce itself was great and the porkchops were delicious!

Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2010
Using the recipe provided my baking went smoothly but the outcome was a little bland, though pretty. The marshmallows crusted the top with a nice brown and made the 'brownies' light an fluffy but I could barely taste the butterscotch. I use alot of store brands and maybe that was the problem but everyone elses reviews seemed so good I'll prolly try again :)

Easy recipe, but I added a bit more flour to make them easier to shape.

Campbell's Kitchen Easy Pot Roast

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2009
While the given recipe is sufficient you could just add the carrots from the beginning after you turn the heat to low. If you wait an hour after the roast has marinated then the carrots aren't as tender as they should be. The roast was amazing! I made twixe baked potatoes and green beans to complete the dish. Your drink of choice is up to you but we're not big drinkers and shared a glass each of milk and ice tea.
