Wasn't all that impressed. Needs something, I'm not quite sure what. The meat turns out nice and tender but the flavor is kinda bland.

My recommendation is to not boil the chicken too long, it makes the chicken taste dry. Other than that pretty good recipe!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stew

Very bland, needs something, I'm not sure what. Potatoes took longer to cook then the rest of the stew. I suggest using less water, the broth was too watery.

Be careful not to put too much cream cheese, it makes it too rich. Otherwise it's a good recipe. Meat is nice and tender.

Baked Pesto Chicken

I added chopped mushrooms on top of the chicken at the beginning of cooking and then added the cheese and tomatoes at the end of cooking - It tasted great!!

Great dish!! I would add a more cheese and more mushrooms to make it even better! I used regular mushrooms and portobella's, they tasted great!
