This was so, soooooo good. I cleaned out my fridge and used 1 red pepper, 1/2 each of yellow and orange peppers, asparagus, red onion, and mushrooms, along with some thin sliced chicken. The cayenne bottle and I had a difference of opinion on how much should come out on the first shake and I think I put about a 1/4 cup in there (!), so it was really spicy, but all the extra ingredients and sour cream toned it down. Really good base recipe that's super easy to jazz up. Thank you for posting this!
