Macaroni Ham Salad

Reviewed: May 29, 2012
This was delicious! I did mix some of the pickle juice with the dijon and mayonnaise and also made 1 1/2 times this mixture as it called for. I used cubes of sharp cheddar and also grated carrots for color. One person who doesn't like pickles did like the flavor also so you could make it with just the pickel juice vs chopped pickles.

Sheryl's Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2010
Everyone loved these! I omitted the seasoning blend and just used the melted butter and salt... then used parmasean to top them off the last few minutes. The crispy sides of each slice made them fantastic and hard to leave alone!

Easy Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2010
This turned out great but I did add some more butter to the remaining butter from dipping chicken in it... and poured it over the chicken about 5 minutes before taking it out of the oven. Very yummy! Mary Lou

Sausage Pasta

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2010
This was awesome! I cut the recipe mosty in half but did use the whole can of tomatoes and almost all of the chicken broth. It easily served 3 of us with some to spare. My daugher-in-law who doesn't like sausage loved this! Served with garlic toast makes a yummy meal! Mary Lou
