Italian Breaded Pork Chops

3 eggs was way too many. I used 2 and that was plenty. The pork chops turned out tender and delicious. Will definately make these over boring shake and bake any day!

Marinated Turkey Breast

Delicious! I tried this with a turkey I shot last week. It was perfect to get out that "gamey" taste. I think it could even use a bit more basil. It had kind of an asian flavor because of the soy sauce and would probably pair well with some fried rice.

Perfect recipe! I left out the onions since my SO doesn't care for them. It still was delicious and easy. I love the corn flakes topping. I used a 30 oz package and it worked great!

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

These are pretty simple if you've worked with dough before. I made mine in an 8x8 inch pan and they turned out great. I topped them with icing right after they came out of the oven. I baked mine a bit longer then the recipe called .

Home-Style Scalloped Potatoes

This was perfect. The cheese that many reviewers added is not necessary. It was very tasty without and I think adding it takes away from the dish. I would like to try adding some ham to the potatoes. I followed the recipe as is first to make sure I'd like it. Boyfriend loved it and he's a big ham and scalloped potato lover. Be sure to boil the sauce and let it cook for the full two minutes to thicken. I used skim milk and had NO issues getting the sauce to thicken. YUM

Focaccia Bread

I didn't have any Thyme so I left that out. I also added some kosher salt to the topping with the parmesan/mozz. Delicious! I served with some cheese and sopresetta as well as some olive oil/balsamic vinegar. Tomorrow, I plan to use this for brushetta and my SO stated he would like to try it as a sub. :) This was one of the quickest and easiest bread recipes I've ever made. thank you!

Tangy Shrimp and Scallops

This marinade was wonderful! I have a few tips. First of all, get large good scallops. Ours were very fishy, but the marinade helped to cover it up. Also, the recipe calls for 7 tablespoons lemon juice-for me that was approximately 2 lemons. Be sure to roll the lemons with some pressure prior to extracting the juice. (this gets more of the juice out) I made the skewers on a cuisinart panini maker and they turned out perfectly. This will be our standard shrimp marinade from now on. (it'd be our standard scallop marinade too, but in small town Nebraska we can't really find "good" scallops) Try this marinade, you won't be disappointed. Oh, one more thing..I tried sauteeing a few of the scallops that didn't fit on the skewer. This did not come close to how they tasted on the grill. I have tried several other marinades from Allrecipes and find this to be THE best.

Tasty Baked Meatballs

These were just as amazing as the reviews say. I made mine a bit too large but cooked them longer and they turned out amazing. I would love some ideas for a sauce go with these. They don't seem like they'd go with a tomato sauce. That all being said-they are great solo. Delicious!

Individual Baked Eggs

This is a neat idea, but I really didn't like the taste and I found it hard to judge when the egg was cooked through. I followed the recipe to a T. I'd prefer just to cook the eggs and bacon seperately. However, it would be an easy way to cook eggs for a large group of people.

Ground Beef Enchiladas

I accidentally put cheesy flavored taco seasoning on the ground beef. It still was incredible! I am going to try and make a dip out of this for football season. That cheese combo is out of this world. I'm trying to think of what else I can put that on. For now, I'll make a dip with some taco meat on the bottom. That being said, this recipe as is is amazing! Thank you for sharing.

Chicken and Bacon Shish Kabobs

This marinade was incredible! I made seperate skewers for the veggies. I also tried just chicken breast with this marinade. It is now my standard go to recipe when grilling chicken. Hmmmm, wonder how this would taste on salmon... I'm not off to see what else I can use the cider vinegar for. I bought it for just this recipe and it was worth it!

English Muffin Hors d'Oeuvres

These are AWESOME and SUPER easy! I made the following english muffin recipe from this site last night: English Muffins. Since my boyfriend will be out of town for a week, I wanted to use up some of the english muffins. These were perfect. Unfortunately, I didn't have green onions (and the bf doesn't like them) so I made these without. They were still incredible. They taste like the best cheese bread you've ever had at a pizza place. I will make these again! I love the idea of adding shrimp to these and plan to make them as my solo "dinner" this week. Thanks!
