Buttery Soft Pretzels

Like the "Mall Pretzels" much better - way too sweet, even decreasing sugar to 1/3c.

Zucchini Brownies

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2008
Wow, what a great brownie! I was able to hide the zucchini from my husband (or else he probably wouldn't eat it!) I did not use the frosting, and to make it a bit more healthier, I used 1/4 cup applesauce and 1/4 cup oil. They are cake-like, but good!

D'Amaretti Biscotti

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2007
VERY good! I put in 1/4 cup mini chips in one of the loaves, and instead of using almond extract, used 1.5 tsp of amaretto. Enjoy it real Italian style - serve with a small cup of almond brandy to dip the biscotti in!

Chicken Wing Dip

Everyone went nuts over this! I scaled down the recipe - 1 pkg reduced fat cr cheese, 1/2 cup Red Hot, 1/2 cup Lite Ranch, 2 cups shredded chicken. Baked in an 8-inch square dish. Comes out just as spectacular!

Chocolate Eclair Dessert

HOLY COW, is this awesome! I made it for an oyster bake, and it went over very very well! We were able to save some for leftovers, and it tasted just as good! To make it taste just as heavenly, and not feel "too" guilty for enjoying it, I used 1% milk, Lite Whipped Topping, and Low Fat Graham Crackers, for the first time making the recipe, and as I stated, it was WONDERFUL! I think I now have a new dessert to bring to parties!!

Candy-Coated Milk Chocolate Pieces Cookies I

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2005
My grandmother used to sift the 2 1/4 cups flour. Here's another hint: Stir in a heaping half cup full of M&M;s, and save the rest for hand-placing the M&M's on top of and around the mounds of cookie dough before baking. Great way to get the kids involved! And, of course, make the cookies for every season, using the seasonal colors!
