Berry Batch Parfait
At first I did not like plain yogurt, but its pretty good after I added in the strawberry preserves. I used the smuckers simply fruit strawberry with plain yogurt, and then I added in some bare naked fruit and nut granola, strawberries, and blueberries.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge
In my first attempt at making some fudge, I wanted a recipe that was pretty easy to follow and this was it!! I made this recipe today and my peanut butter fudge turned out great. I followed the comments that were made from other reviews and used 2 cups brown sugar, 1 cup peanut butter, and 3 cups confectioner's sugar (well I didnt exactly have 3 cups but it still turned out great!). I also made sure that the mixture was at a hard rolling boil before i started to time it for 2 minutes. Once i had taken it off of the heat and added in the peanut butter and vanilla in, it had started to thicken up rather quickly so i had to quickly beat in the confectioners's sugar (beated it in on low heat). This is a very easy recipe and I will definately make it again!!

Basic Quiche by Shelly
Good quiche but a little bit too much custardy taste. I made mine with a 3 cheese mix and also a cup of chopped ham. I think next time I will reduce the half and half to 1 1/2 cups and add 5 eggs instead of 4. I will also reduce the temp and cook it a little bit longer.
