Ghirardelli® Classic White Chocolate Creme Brulee

SO DELISH!! the only thing I did not do is let the heavy cream simmer, It was almost there and I used less chocolate, but it was still Yummy and not as sweet! I light coated sugar on top, and the boyfriend torched it (it's his favorite part). It was the best creme brulee! We made this for our friend who was proposing to his girlfriend

Stuffed Bell Peppers

the recipe is awesome!! I definitely made some changes to suite the family's taste, nothing made. add some crushed red pepper, did not need salt cause I mixed in the mozzarella with the rice. and sprinkled some more on top right out of the oven. also, i think it taste even better with red peppers! try it!
