Focaccia Bread
Awesome! I did make a few changes though. First off, as another reviewer noted, it's important to proof your yeast before everything else, in case your yeast is dead, that way you don't have to go through the trouble and find out it's not going to rise properly. For the toppings, I used butter mixed with minced garlic instead of olive oil, Parmesan, and then left out the mozzarella (I just don't have any or else I might have tried it). Great flavor!! I'm pretty sure my husband is going to love it. Thanks!

My Best Clam Chowder
Great recipe! I made a few MINOR changes...I added some bacon grease with the bacon to the butter and flour mixture as others have recommended (great idea) as well as some minced garlic. I ended up not adding the vinegar because I was already satisfied with the taste and was afraid to mess it up, although I'm sure it wouldn't. My husband and I made this with some homemade bread bowls - so good! We'll be making this recipe again for sure.

Italian Bread Bowls
Great recipe! I only made a few MINOR changes....I split the recipe in half since it's just my husband and me. I also added a tsp of garlic powder to the dough and then topped the bread bowls with some butter and minced garlic instead of the egg white. We really enjoyed eating them!
