About this Cook
Well, I wouldn't call myself a cook at all. Although, I would like to learn and be good at it one day, right now I love to bake.
My favorite things to cook
Baking cookies and treats for my family.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Turkey (stuffed) with all the fixings.
My cooking triumphs
I can only think of things that I've baked that people comment on.
My cooking tragedies
Bland, tasteless dinners :(

Ooey-Gooey Cinnamon Buns
These cinnamon buns are very tasty! Someone made them for me first and they were great. When I made them myself they turned out a bit dry and hard. I'll have to try making them again, maybe with the oven turned down a bit or baked a little less. A little time-consuming but worth it in the end!

Roquefort Pear Salad
I brought this recipe to a potluck and everybody loved it and asked for the recipe. Very tasty, especially with the blue cheese. The only change I made was substituting spinach for the leaf lettuce.

World's Best Lasagna
This is one great lasagna and a keeper in my house. I think it's the sausage that makes it so good. The only recommendation I have was to use less salt. My lasagna was too salty...but delicious nonetheless!
