Overnight Blueberry French Toast
I took some advise from previous comments and changed this up just a little. Here is what I did: Added 1/4 cup confectioners' sugar to the cream cheese (I did use the full 2 packages of cream cheese) Used 11 eggs, but next time I'll use only 10 Used about 1.5 cups of blueberries in the casserole Used 2 cups of blueberries for the syrup and forgot the butter, but it turned out **fabulous** I drizzled a bit of the syrup on the cooked casserole and saved the rest to use "as needed" per serving. It does make a LOT, so it would be good for a group. My husband and I couldn't stop eating it, and even my picky 6 year old daughter liked it. She said it was even better than blueberry pie! We have a blueberry farm nearby, so we will most definitely be making this a must make recipe every time we go blueberry picking.

Easy OREO Truffles
Prefer it with white chocolate. To avoid the mess and inconsistent size I use an ice cube tray as a form. Put a little melted chocolate in, add a slightly smaller molded lump of cookie mixture and press gently into chocolate. Cover with more chocolate to form around the creamy center. Chill and once cold, just pop them out like ice cubes.
