Broccoli Cheese Soup
I followed some of the suggestions from previous reviews (used 2lb each broccoli & cheese, and instead of mixing the cornstarch w/ water I reserved the 4th can of broth for that step), and it turned out FABULOUS! My husband, who cannot stand cooked broccoli (and even griped about the broccoli smell as it cooked), went back for thirds! Definitely a keeper! I might try it w/ ham & potatoes instead of the broccoli sometime, as I suspect the base would work well for a potato cheese soup as well.
