Gluten-free Chicken Alfredo Pizza

So the last month has been insanely busy and last night was the first time I could concentrate a bit more on cooking at home. I had a hankering for pizza so I went to our local bakery (Lakeview Bakery) and bought a gluten-free pizza crust. It is made by Judy G, a local gluten-free company as well. They sell their pre-made GF pizza's and shells at most bakeries, Community Natural Foods and Planet Organic. I bought prepared alfredo sauce from the italian restaurant down the street. It was a little pricey but you can freeze the leftovers for another time or make pasta. I topped it with sliced bbq'd chicken breast seasoned with seasoning salt and ground pepper. I added a little bit of safflower oil to keep it from sticking on the grill. I then added brown/white mushrooms, green onion, slivered red bell pepper, and chopped fresh basil. For the cheese, I used regular ball mozzerella and fresh buffalo mozz. I added a little fresh parm on top as well. The meal turned out great, other than my pizza stone broke in half midway through cooking! Very bizzare.

My cooking triumphs
BBQ'd apple pie. It was too hot to cook in the cottage so I decided to use the BBQ. I placed a veggie grill pan upside down, placed the apple pie on top and set the temperature to medium. I kept a close eye and it cooked within 45 minutes.
My cooking tragedies
My oven broke mid way through cooking a roast- it was a definite "throw-away, order sushi" kind of thing!.
