Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2011
perfect light snack the chips were great, followed the other suggestions to reduce time and baked for 10 mins. they taste the best when they just start to turn brown, even good the next day without the salsa.

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2011
fantastic, i made the peanut butter in about 5 mins in my kitchen aid mixer the hardest part was rolling the balls. these turned out super creamy and perfectly sweet.

Butterscotch Fudge

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2011
these were good, i did boil a while to get the candy thermometer at the appropriate temp and had no trouble with getting them to set. they were sweet but we are sweet lovers so they were perfect for us.

The Best Sweet and Sour Meatballs

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2011
these were very good. i had trouble with the sauce being too watery and separated in my crock pot so i poured the mixture onto the stove for a hot second and boiled it, that did the trick. it thickened right up and had a perfect shine (i followed someone else's sugg to use cornstarch instead for the beautiful glossy sause)

Buttery Corn Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2011
this recipe sounds great as is, but i made it with rice flour and splenda, then added a can of creamed corn. it was FANTASTIC even my husband (who very much dislikes normal corn bread) ate it day after day until it was gone.

Gingerbread Boys

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2011
these are great! I am not a gingerbread cookie fan but my husband loves them so I decided to make them this year for christmas. I tried them and they are fantastic, great dipped in a cup of milk or by themselves. I did however use the molasses as recommended by other reviews.

Chef John's Ham and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 29, 2012
yum yum yum! made almost exactly to the recipe and was very good. The only change I made was to saute the vegies in water instead of butter in order to reduce the fat and calories. I also used evaporated fat free milk instead of heavy cream. def a keeper, thanks for sharking
