Tofu Parmigiana

Reviewed: Jan. 14, 2013
This was suprising delicious! I sprinkled the leftover bread crumb mixture over it before putting the mozzarella on top. I have a teen that wants to eat less meat and we will be making this again!

One of my childhood favorites! My mom put a can of peas in this instead of mushrooms and served over mashed potatoes! Great comfort food - thanks!

Chicken Wings Pacifica

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2008
This is great, it just works better on the stovetop, with no need to marinate. Brown your meat (good with pork chops too) with the butter or use a little olive oil. Add the soy mixture (we add 2 tsp of minced garlic also), cook uncovered on med high turning occasionally. It will thicken into a wonderful dark glaze and makes the meat tender and succulent!

This was really good! Nice and sweet. I used Granny Smith apples so there was the nice sweet/sour thing going on. Perfect for autumn!

Banana Oatmeal Cookies II

These were great - not too sweet or spicy. I drizzled them with melted white chocolate chips to make them a little sweeter.

Buffalo Chicken Wings I

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2001
This was a hit at a cookout last night! I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs and deep fried them only 7 minutes. Then threw them in a crockpot for a couple of hours. Much easier to eat and they didn't last long! You can also use a bottle of ready made Buffalo Chicken Sauce if your store carries it, and it still works great.

Seven Minute Frosting I

Thanks for a great easy recipe - worked beautifully on the first try! Perfect for frosting a white cake because it's not too sweet. Took it to a cookout last night and it got rave reviews.
