French Pastry Pie Crust

Wonderful!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only thing I did different was to add more water, by tablespoon, until it formed a ball. But it had the best taste and so crispy! What a winner!

Bill Clinton's Lemon Chess Pie

Wow!! This was wonderful! My tweeks were, only had about 1 1/2 tbsp of lemon zest and had a little over 1/4 cup of lemon juice from 4 small lemons. I did have to cook it about 55 minutes before the knife came out clean but the only downfall with that is we had to wait longer! A+++++++++

Cheesy Potato Salad

We too left out the sugar and at least tripled the bacon bits. WOW!!! This is just like a local deli makes and I have been trying to get the recipe for years!! Oh and by the way, we just mixed everything together.
