Chicken Enchiladas I

The only is I recommend to have shredded chicken. It was weird having cubed. But great flavor. My husband prefers flour over corn, so it was perfect!

Not a good combination. Very plain. The pork chops were dry. This is not how pork is supposed to be cooked.

Oatmeal Chip Cookies

Yummy! I don't like raisins and this was a nice alternate to normal cookies. I sprinkled them with sugar so they were a little sweeter.

Bengali Chicken Curry with Potatoes

I did what the other reviews said. I agree, not enoough sauce for us and I added a lot more curry and doubled the spices. Different taste than other currys I had. Nice alternate.

Yummy! I did what other people said though: I used canned diced tomatoes with the juice instead of the tomato juice itself. Also I like more flavor and added garlic, s & p, etc.
