Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2010
hi everyone this is a pretty good sugar cookie recipe especially if you are doing ones where you don't roll out. but i wanted to roll them out to make them look cute of course!:) so i put the dough in the freezer for a while probably like 30 minutes and then i used A TON of flour when i rolled it out because and first the dough was sticking everywhere and was just a HUGE mess when i tried to cut out the shapes, since flour isnt a huge expense i didnt mind very much well thats it bon apettit!

Lower Fat Banana Bread II

Reviewed: Apr. 10, 2011
this is a very delicious recipe to start considering it is so low in calories and fat but it could use a little more flavor, adding a third banana should do the trick and a little cinnamon would be a nice touch.

Coconut Crust

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2012
This was delicious! I made it as a crust for an ice cream pie. I put a thin layer of ganache on top of the crust, followed by chocolate ice cream and finished it off with whipped topping. It was like a Mounds bar ice cream pie. Someone told me this was actually the *best* crust they ever tasted!

Soft Raisin Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 13, 2010
6 Tablespoons= 1/4 c. + 2 Tablespoons for those who are wondering. im not sure yet about the 1/4 c. of egg substitute because i only use real eggs im guessing its gonna be maybe 3 eggs. this recipe sounds alright i think im going to try it but since nobody in my family likes raisins i might just leave them out but if the texture isnt right i might add some nuts

Applesauce Brownies I

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2010
yummmm! these are very cake-like but probably the best dessert i have ever ate. no joke. and come on they are under 100 calories! :) i cut the recipe in half and put them in a 8x8 pan also i added the chocolate chips in with the batter and i probably put in about 3/4 c. or even maybe a cup. i dont really know, i kinda eye-balled it, and didnt put in the cinnamon or nuts as suggested by another reviewer.

alright everyone these are for sure 5 stars if you WATCH them when they are baking. if you overcook them..they will obviously not the best chewy chocolate chip cookies. make sure they look undercooked, you can always bake them more but you can never unbake them of course

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2010
these are very good especially for pb lovers. i would recommend to keep a good eye on the oven you really want these to be as moist and chewy of a cookie as possible. (in my opinion thats when they taste best or else you are eating dry dirt)
