Chicken Enchiladas II

These are a winner! I do use cream of chicken soup, a de-boned rotisserie chicken, corn tortillas, I have used no fat cream cheese in place of the sour cream or low fat sour cream, no fat cheese is easy to use also....YUMMY!

D's Famous Salsa

This is the easiest, best tasting salsa ever. I have been using it for years since I bought and Allrecipe.com cookbook that it was in. I do add jalapenos to taste, a whole onion and don't measure anything since I've made it so much.
