Very delicious. I used butter for ghee and cumin seeds for kalonji. I baked them in 450 degree preheated oven on the sprayed cookie sheets. Fantastic recipe. Thanks for sharing!

Cinnamon Apple Pancakes

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2007
It is a great recipe. My kids loved it. I added apple sauce instead of apple chunks, cut down the baking powder to half and used 1C whole wheat, 1C all purpose flour instead, 1C milk and 2/3 C yogurt. You can play with this recipe to match your taste.

Pumpkin Casserole

I made this 5 times since thanksgiving and everyone loved it. I usually cut the sugar and butter in half and still comes out delicious. Use all purpose flour + baking powder intead of self-rising and it works well. thanks Lori for great recipe.

Fresh Broccoli Salad

Very good recipe. I stemmed the broccoli for a minute or two, omitted the onion, used 1/2 cup lite mayo + 1/2 cup yogurt and less sugar, it was perfect.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

Fantastic recipe. I have been making this for a while. however it needs more flour and salt. I usually add dried basil or cumin seeds along with salt and oil to yeast mixture and then add the flour. delicious. Thanks Jason.

Tortillas I

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2010
Thanks for posting this recipe but the salt amount is way OFF. I made the first tortilla and it tasted like just cooked flour. I ended up sprinkling salt on my work surface, hoping it absorbs some saltiness then I experimented with adding some cumin seeds and sea salt.... it turned out great.

Sweet and Sour Meatloaf

Reviewed: Feb. 15, 2005
Yumm! I made it with ground turkey, wheat thin crakers and omitted the white sugar totally (just personal preference and less calories). Added 1/3 cup of each, freshly chopped basil, parsley and 1/2 cup chopped mashroom to add moisture. It turned out moist and less sweet. No left overs. Thanks.

I followed the recipe to T, Unfortunately, we didn't like to way it tasted. The texture was too dense, the cooking time mentioned was off, I needed to bake mine at least 20 minutes more and keep inseting the tooth pick. I wouln't make it again. Sorry!
