Hi, my life is still about speed & cramming in as much as possible in 24 hrs. I now have a 16 year old that competitively swims and now competes in Triathlon so every night is a training night! I love to cook and try new things. We have a pretty big palate range. I just started using a slow cooker (amazing..where was this for the last 10 years..)and as the summer starts up, I live by the BBQ.

Beef Stroganoff, Asian dishes, cupcakes, anything BBQ'd, LOVE my Slowcooker !!

Right into Coffee Cakes now, I bake 5 or 6 for each swim meet we host.
My cooking tragedies
Way back, my mom & I tried to make something called "Ganadels" (not sure of the spelling) They are this dumpling with a peach inside. Goodyear should have bought the recipe from us. They were round but you couldn't cut them if you tried. Still laughing about that one...

Italian Vegetable Soup
This recipe has become a weekly staple in our household. Just love all the veggies, great flavor. Just put the pot on the back burner and everyone helps themselves to a bowl. Makes my life easy on those nights when everyone is running !! Thanks :o)

World's Best Vegan Pancakes
Daughter really enjoyed these. (Normally make the MyHOP recipe from this site) Made ours with Almond milk and had to add a little more water to thin out the batter a little. Really fluffy.
