Pumpkin Cookies with Penuche Frosting

Absolutely amazing! Made these for Thanksgiving and everyone loved them. I am not a nut-lover in my cookies but the walnuts were a necessity - thank you for the recipe!

Raspberry Banana Bread

I thought these were very good! I made mine into muffins also and substituted wheat flour (3/4 c) and used Splenda for the sugar. I forgot to add cinnamon into the first pan of muffins but I did add 1tsp to the second batch and I like those a lot better! Just adds even more!

Healthy Banana Cookies

I love these cookies! Super easy to make and so healthy. I didn't have dates so I used raisins instead! I also added flax seed approx 2T just to increase its fiber. Next time though I will cut the oil down to 1/4 cup. With three ripe bananas I don't think you need that much oil.

Cola Sauerkraut

I made this with a spicy venison roast and potatoes and it made the meal! My sauerkraut-obsessed boyfriend was very tentative about me "messing with the kraut" but he LOVED it!!! Very good the next day also!

Dad's Excellent Scallops

These were amazing! I mistakenly wrapped the scallops twice with proscuitto and that made it too salty. Next time I will only wrap them once around. I think putting them over noodles and alfredo would be amazing!!!

Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich Filling

Very good! I added 2 more tsp of mayo just personal taste. I rolled this in a wheat tortilla and added a slice of tomato and pickle- absolutely yummy!! Thanks for the recipe!

Brilliant Sauteed Broccoli

I loved this! I didn't shock the broccoli because I was just cooking for myself so I just sauteed the broccoli in the oil. I also threw in some mushrooms I had on hand. I didn't have any parmesan cheese but it was fantastic even without it! But cheese can only make it better. I just dusted the veggies with the brown sugar when they were done cooking- AMAZING!!!

Dairy Delicious Dip

I loved this recipe! I made it with 1/3 less fat cream cheese, fat free sour cream, Splenda white and brown sugar, and sugar free maple syrup! STILL tasted rich and creamy! Served with apples, bananas, and strawberries! Absolutely delicious- will definitely make again!

Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough + Cupcake = The BEST Cupcake. Ever.

These were amazing! I used the premade mini chocolate chip cookies and just popped the whole package in the freezer. Very easy. I made yellow cake mix with frosted with chocolate. Everyone raved about them and my boyfriend doesn't really like sweets ate FOUR of them! Thank you for a great recipe/idea. Can't wait to experiment with different kinds of cake/frosting/cookies!!!

Chex® Honey Nut Cherry Crunch

This was delicious! Instead of the rice chex I threw in "Oh's!" cereal- and I had to use dried cranberries instead of cherries but I think the cherries would have been even better! I used Splenda brown sugar and buttery spread instead of butter. Still tasted delicious and I felt a little better about eating so much of it! Will definitely make again!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I made double the sauce and sauteed my vegetables in it also. Loaded everything over rice and had an amazing dish! Used Patak mild curry paste.. will make again and again- thank you!

Baked Havarti Chicken

Very good! I wasn't sure about this either but it turned out to be a very easy, tasty dish. I would definitely double/triple the mushroom sauce next time because mine cooked down quite a bit. I also threw in some shittake mushrooms for variety. Very good!!

Gnocchi with Pesto Sauce

Made this last night and loved it! I used zucchini and squash, green pepper, and mushrooms. I also added some italian sausage since my fiancee needs meat in every meal! It was AMAZING! I had never made gnocchi before but I will definitely be making it again! Thank you for the recipe!

Grilled Venison Backstrap

This was fantastic!! I used Famous Dave's Rich and Sassy BBQ sauce and maple flavored bacon which I think gave it a really nice flavor! My boyfriend was very skeptical but LOVED it and claimed it his FAVORITE venison recipe! Served it with a fresh green salad and made an amazing dinner. Thanks for the recipe!

Banana-Berry Brownie Pizza

This was excellent BUT we made it for a dinner party and ended up so full that we couldn't finish it and it didn't keep well into the next day. I would recommend only icing and adding fruit to the amount you intend on eating that same night!

Sweet 'n' Hot Glazed Salmon

I have made this several times before and always loved it but this is the first time I made it with the apricot preserves instead of the nectar/dried pieces. It was AMAZING and sooo easy! I did add water because of other reviews but it was not necessary! I did add a little extra cayenne to counteract the sweetness- DELICIOUS- even non-fish lovers loved it!
