Cioppino

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2013
Loved this recipe! Very delicious and will make again next week! Made as is only used olive oil instead of butter an calamari instead of crab meat. Oh, and I added more white wine instead of water. I see lots of people are using red wine, but I'd stick to white wine. It' goes better with seafood. Enjoy this great recipe!

Beaker's Vegetable Barley Soup

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2013
I loved this recipe. It was packed with so much flavor that we did not miss meat. I could hardly wait to make it again! I made as is, including all the spices. I did not have bay leaves nor parsley. I added green & red pepper, as well as a hand full of green beans. I first sautéd the vegetables in a bit of olive oil to make them sweat and bring out flavor. This recipe is a keeper.
