Christmas Brunch Casserole

YUM! I MADE IT GLUTEN FREE! Due to food allergies we have to eat gluten free/wheat & pnut free. So i was excited to see the rice crispies instead of flour! I tweaked for my family's taste too. I dropped the celery soup & added a can of Progresso French Onion Soup (due to wheat / gluten). I also added an extra onion & one head of roasted garlic & 2 extra eggs. I also dropped the cheese a bit. (only because I did not have enough). It was WONDERFUL! I have never had a egg cassarole taste so good! For my husband & I we topped it with caramelized onions & mushrooms when we served it! Great! I will keep this one!!!

Baked Spaghetti

Entire family LOVED it! Few changs: Left out onion & doubled the "sauce portions". I did have to cook it much longer. 400* for 60. Leftovers were even better!

Artichoke Cheese Dip

PERFECT! I follwed it exactly the first time! (I did triple it for a large family). The second time I added extra artichokes & different cheeses just to shake it up a bit! WONDERFUL! I serve it with tortilla chips everytime. This is a keeper & SUPER easy to make! I think this will be my "pot luck dish" for a while!

Homemade Chicken Gravy

Simple and delicious! I omitted the cream due to food allergies and used homemade stock. I only cooked the roux about 5 minutes. I will use this again! Everyone loved it!
