YUM! I MADE IT GLUTEN FREE! Due to food allergies we have to eat gluten free/wheat & pnut free. So i was excited to see the rice crispies instead of flour! I tweaked for my family's taste too. I dropped the celery soup & added a can of Progresso French Onion Soup (due to wheat / gluten). I also added an extra onion & one head of roasted garlic & 2 extra eggs. I also dropped the cheese a bit. (only because I did not have enough). It was WONDERFUL! I have never had a egg cassarole taste so good! For my husband & I we topped it with caramelized onions & mushrooms when we served it! Great! I will keep this one!!!
