Overnight Apple Cinnamon French Toast
I made 2 glass pans (9 x 13) last night using 1 french loaf in each pan cut in large cubes. I used unpeeled cored sliced apples with honey and butter with a sprinkle of cinnamon for the bottom of one pan and the other I did the same to the apples except I added dried cranberries. yummmy...In the egg mixture, I put eggs, 1/2 & 1/2 cream, vanilla, cinnamon and 1 tbsp of sugar.I put bread cubes in a bowl a little at a time and poured the egg mixture over it then put it loosely on top of the apple mixture then sprinkled a tsp of sugar on the top. This morning, the family and son's friend thought it was chronic (awesome)! ;) I will definitely make this again because it is prepared all the night before then in the morning you only have to pop it in the oven!

Best Bread Machine Bread
Well, like the others trying this recipe, I was shocked at putting the instant breadmachine yeast, luke warm water and sugar together in the bread pan. But there were so many great comments that I couldn't resist to try it. I have made this recipe 3 times in the past 3 days. Each time the bread rose a little more than the time before. Each time I used different breadmachine setting, decreased the sugar amount and allowed the yeast to rise longer than 10mins in bread pan. Today, I think that I have perfected it. I have a 2 lbs Regal KitchenPro Bread machine which is over 15 yrs old(still in great working condition). Before adding 2 1/2 tsps yeast, I warmed the outside of the bad pan by running hot water over it, meanwhile in a measuring cup I put 1 1/4 cp lukewarm water added 1 1/2 tblsp of sugar until dissolved, then in the warmed bread pan added the bread machine yeast then poured the measuring cup with lukewarm sugar water over it. Once the yeast rose (became bubbly in the pan) I added 1/4cp olive oil, 3cps flour,1 1/2tspn salt, dried herbs 1 tsp & 1-2 tsps flaxseeds.e dough doesn't form a ball & still dry add warm water a tblspn at a time until it forms a ball. I just took baked bread out of the machine and it rose to the top of the 2 lbs pan! ammazing! I hope this helps others!
