I got the nicer pork tenderloin because that was all they had at the market I went to. I'm not sure if I did something wrong but it cooked like a roast almost so when I was pulling it apart it wasn't as tender as people talked about in reviews. Still not really sure what I did wrong. Thinking maybe it was the fact that I covered the meat with a little water in the beginning for a few minutes while I ran to get some Dr. Pepper upon realizing I didnt have enough pepsi to use. But it was tasty anyways.

The Best Parmesan Chicken Bake

The chicken was good. I think the reason I only give it 4 stars is due to my own personal dislike for soggy texture in what I'm eating. I kind of knew that was pretty likely going into making it. The croutons get soggy from the sauce but everything else about it I liked.

Braised Balsamic Chicken

Pretty good. Definitely fast. I steamed broccoli and put the chicken over egg noodles. It was a little vinegary but I also wasn't sure if I was supposed to put the juice from the diced tomatoes in or not. I drained the tomatoes before adding them.
