I must say, I really wasn't sure I wanted to waste 3 cups of choc chips after reading the bad reviews. So, I decided to use up all the 1/2 bags of choc chips old and new to clean the cupboard out. I followed the recipe to a tee even with the semi sweet chips.....walnuts too! Holy cow is all I can say! Easy is an understatement. Not sure how the bad reviews could be for this fudge because it was delicious! Loads of flavor and solid texture....completely wonderful! (It did take overnight in the fridge to solidify and you really should precut after an hour or two in the fridge)I even melted the butter with the chip and didn't get that grainy texture. Last week I tried another one with sugar, cream, cocoa powder and brought it to a certain temp over the stove......nasty compared to this recipe! This one is really fabulous. Thank you Dana!
