I have arrived in Dallas, TX to visit MrsFisher0729. It was a little hard for MrsFisher to find me when she came home. MrFisher put me by the door but since there are tons of boxes in their apartment my shipping box just blended in. MrsFisher found me and was excited about my arrival!

MrsFisher explained to me that they are in the process of moving so there are lots of boxes with their things packed up in the them. She told me I could pack a few boxes if I wanted! Check out what I accomplished in one day!

The night I arrived, I helped MrsFisher prepare Baked Ham and Cheese Party Sandwiches and Ladybug's Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole to give them sustenance while packing. She told me we had a big baking day planned for the next day, so we were going to take it easy in the cooking department after all of our packing.

More tomorrow friends...
I'm a packing expert.

Well, Luigi, looks like you just jump right in helping wherever needed when you go visiting. You babysat at my house and now you're helping Mrs. Fisher pack. You're a joy to host! Enjoy Texas and don't hurt your back lifting all those boxes!

Hi all! I stumbled in there while wondering, and then looking, for a forum. I have a question! :P It's totally offtopic but it seems I may have found just the person who likes/loves?? to help others.. I have a son (one of 3) who does not like creamcheese, mayonaisse, or sour cream.. what can I use to substitute? All/any suggestions are welcome and appreciated. thx from Maggie in Canada~ :) (I sure hope I find my way back here to check for an answer hehe)

Hi magvan. Have you tried plain yogurt as a sub for mayo or sour cream? Sometimes you can use mascarpone for cream cheese. You can also check out the Buzz (on a tab above) which is a great place to go for questions, etc.
