Howdy from Tennessee!!!!!

I finally arrived at Shanon K's for my adventure!    The day I arrived I noticed there was a big dog in her house.  I am a tough Italian but kind of little and that dog was kind of big!  So I hung out for a day just evaluating the situation from afar!  Finally, I decided to face my fears and the dog!  I was tired of Shanon looking all around for me outside!  I didn't want to get started on her bad side!  The day I came out of hiding she was making yeast rolls.  She has family coming in Dec for a big dinner and she needed to make some practice batches!  I almost have her convinced she can make Italian bread, too, since she will be serving lasagna!!!!!!!  All in all I had a good visit but I need to go somewhere warmer!

My last adventure is Tennessee was pretty wild, to say the least!  I finally talked Shanon K into taking me to downtown Nashville to see the sights........ well what I saw was a bunch of nude people!  lol  Now don't get all excited, it was the famous statue, Musica.  It is over 40 ft high and was a huge controversy when it was unveiled in 2003 (this is the bible belt, ya know! )
I have included a pic of it in the background, far enough so you don't see any "parts!!!!"

Hey, whereever bread is being made it is a good place IMO and it makes the kitchen warm. Happy travels Chef.

Warm bread and a warm dog, it doesn't get better than that.
