After spending 3 days at the track and the weekend at the fort I came back to my host home to find a very angry bulldog momma named Miss Daisy May.
It seems while we have been gone each day momma bulldog has been having to tend to a very fussy bulldog puppy and she wanted to know if I had any idea why her baby might be so fussy.
I assured her that I had no idea why her puppy would be so fussy,
but that I would be more then happy to watch the little one for her. I suggested she take the day off and enjoy herself. She was so happy she gave me a big kiss on the cheek before she sped out of the house.
I really didn't understand what all the fuss was about, how hard could one little bulldog puppy be....
That's when I found out he had brothers! I had to do something quick to stop the madness, I knew just what to do.
So we made a big batch of dog treats, then they all went down for a nap until momma Daisy came home. It was an exhausting day but my hostess, AR's deathbycanon, knew just what I needed after a long day taking care of the boys.
Ahh, now I am already to be on my way to Minnesota in the morning.
For those of you that would like the recipe for these delicious bulldog taming treats I will post it in my next blog post.
Miss Daisy May dressed up and ready to do to town.
