Buongiorno ! Buona Sera ! Hey how ya doin ? This isa Chef Luigi coming to you from - *BadaBing* BadadBoom* - the great state of New Jersey. I’ma visiting with Doug Matthews and hisa very nicea 50% Italian family. Doug is not the 50% Italian himself but he thinks like an Italian ina da kitchen so we are gonna to let hima slide this time. I can tella you this, if you thought that was all beaches, snookis & airports, you have gotta nother thinga coming to you. Doug and hisa family live in the country where all of that a snow fell just before Halloween. Things a got a so crazy, the UPS man hidda me in a corner of the garage so I wouldn’t get a too cold & wet in the snow. Good thing those kids aDoug’s a founda me and broughta me inside. I could see the lights aflickering and I could hear the trees a snapping from all the snow when I was a out there but I knew I was a safe inna Doug’s kitchen.

Let me tell you a something about a Doug. I didn’t get to see him much during the week because he gets up so early inna da morning that he is making a cup of espresso for the roosters and he comes back so late at night all he getsa to eat isa da leftovers. His kids, they eat a lot of food. Itsa no wonder Doug does so much a cookin onna da weekend.  He also likes to grow da spicy peppers. He has them everywhere and they get inna to everyathing .

I did get to go a Trick or Treating with a The Green Lantern, a Sailor Girl anda Little Red Riding Hood. That a Green Lantern must have had a some kinda power inna dat ring of his because everywhere he go the people a put a candy inna his bucket. I gotta get me a ring a like that one.

Maybe that a ring is how the kids a break up that Halloween a Gingerbread Candy House and somehow leave a me to get caught by Mommy with a my hand a caught inna da cookie house ????

I have a many more stories to tell so grab a cappuccino and a come back a next time when we talk about the cookies I made with the kids and the meals I a made a with Doug. He even made a Alligator Soup. We no not have a that inna the Old Country. I like a to bite my food. I don’t like a whenna  da food bites a back !
Now these are some spicy peppers
