Helloooooo!!! Ar'ers peep-a-roo-sah! It'sah Me, Chef Luigi! Me-sah made it to Mis7up's house in Lawton, Oklahoma. Well...Lawton/Ft. Sill, Oklahoma...me-sah got corrected. Mis7up lives with Mr7up and their children on a military base for zee Army.

Me-sah had a bumpy road-ah, on zee way-sah here. Oh me'sah got a big ole....hmm what'sah word??? Ay, yes-sah, me-sah got-sah boo-boo on the ole noggin. Zee darn postal service wasn'tah soo gentle with me on my trip-ah here. Me-sah got-sah here before Mis7up got-sah home. Me-sah heard her talking to Mr7up when she came-ah in, about taking little niece's to Texas. Me-sah know-sah she was sooo tired. The temperature was-sah mighty hot-ah in me-sah accommendations....wooo. The temperature was 107.

Me-sah heard, Mis7up's voice get really gitty when she heard-ah me-sah was here. But when she-sah got-sah me out, I saw her frown and realized me-sah head was a bit sore. Me-sah didn't realize how-ah me-sah not realize how bumpy me-sah trip was...

So, Mis7up, was quick on the draw, and notified my travel agent. To let-sah them know-ah. Me-sah had a prob-blem-O...but me-sah not worry soo much-ah. Mis7up became a quick fix-ah doctor, in zee kitchen. She-ah did her thing, so me-sah wouldn't look kind of funny or crazy all week-ah. Soo, she-ah pick me-sah up and went to-ah work. And Boy-sah!!! Me-sah couldn't believe it. WOW!! Take-ah looksie.

Mis7up, took-ah some paper and balled-ah up, then put-sah in me-sah head. Guess-ah me-sah has no moosh in zee brain.

Mis7up putting paper on me-sah head to make it flat and even.

Measuring a wide-ah strip of paper to make zee band on my head for zee very end, zee finish look.

She-ah cut paper strip-sah on zee paper but cutting all zee way through-ah and placing them on me-say hat. And cut-ah single strips to fill in zee gaps...me-sah single ya know. Hint Hint bellas! Me-sah cook-ah for youse-ah. ;-)

Mis7up, working zee strips of paper through each side all zee way around me-sah head and over lapping zee pieces.

Me-sah getting a trim. Just-ah little off zee sides please, not soo much-ah.

Checking all zee way around me-sah hat, to make sure no loose-ah pieces and if me-sah needed more cover up before adding zee large strip arould zee bottom to cover up-ah zee tape pieces holding me-sah hat together.

Me-sah large strip band-ah secured me-sah hat together and Waah-Lah!! Me-sah almost as good as-ah NEW!

Well bellas and dan-nos...Me-sah had a busy 1st day-ah here at-ah Mis7up's house. She-ah made me-sah boo-boo better and Now me-sah rest some, because Mis7up's Friday was-ah full of cleaning and catering for some clients. Me-say got-sah to help and hang out with me-sah buddy Chef Fatoili. Oh, me-sah missed me-sah friend...Let'sah hope he doesn't get me-sah into zee fruity spirits again, like in Las-ah Vegas. Oh, but me-sah have good time-ma in Vegas.

Chow Bellas!

I have to tell you my hubby was sad for me, when I dropped my lip and pouted. I know "swchef" packed him good. Because even after I cut threw the layers of bubble wrap, I was shocked. But Rob was laughing his butt off at me when I dress chef up with a new hat, he laughed like crazy...everyone that has come into contact with chef has just fallen in love with his character, his story, what he does for his living and soo forth. Today, he got a big honor when I spoke to a radio personality that does media stuff for a resturant in Wichita Falls....I was soo tickled. That chef and I got to tour a kitchen of a resturant that my parents said I grew up in and total Chef, myself and my oldest daughter Emily about a lot of firsts for me that happened in that resturant. I was really quite surprised I had my 1st jalapeno and lemon there...never knew that. I can't wait to see it all written out and so forth. Right now, he's writing up my catering expo. ;-)
