Buona sera, everybody! Or should I say-a "Howdy!" My driver took me to beautiful San Antonio, where I'm-a staying wit-a Bibi! Mamma mia, it's-a hot, here! Everyday has been in-a dah 90's, an' today, 100. Bibi say it's-a 4 months with less dan 1 inch
a rain! She say we gotta bake in-a dah early morning so we can stay cool!
On-a dah first night-a, Bibi she introduced me to her cousin, Hans. (Luigi tinks-a he's from Holland!) He-a looked me over pretty good, but-a he's OK! Bibi she cooked-a "Grilled Tilapia with Mango Salsa", with grilled vegetables, saffron rice an' a Caesar
salad--Delicioso! On-a Saturday, Bibi she took me to-a dah Pearl Farmers' Market. It's-a like a county fair! It's-a by a new part-a of dah San Antonio River Walk, called dah "Museum Reach". Really pretty wit' lotsa water everywhere! Everybody bring-a
dah dog an' dah bambinos an' have a great-a time. Dere's-a live music, an' everything a chef could want to cook wit'. Dere's-a even olives in Texas! An' another guy had all-a kinds of gluten-free products, called "Lamb's". Bibi she wanted some-a grass
fed beef, an' some tomatoes an' some other tings for salad. Our dinner was-a fresh, an' simple, an' good!
On'a Sunday, we went to church, an' den Bibi she make "Corn and Black Bean Salad" and chicken quesadillas. She say, "Luigi, you're in San Antonio, sure we will have Tex-Mex!" I'm-a gonna see if I can make-a somet'ing-a special later inna dah week!
I know Bibi she's-a got more places for me to see, so I gotta get some rest! Don't worry, amici, my leg, she's-a fine--just-a like new! Ciao!
